You Decide

So I'm not really into this as most but we were at Sam's Club the other day and I saw the new book cover to New Moon with the movie picture and anyone that doesn't think Jacob with cut hair is a ZILLION times better looking than Edward is crazy.

Robert Pattenson or whatever his name is, is so icky. The more pictures I look at of him the more icky I think he is.

The funny part is I saw the trailer for new moon and thought they casted a different Jacob from Twilight, but no they just cut his hair and he looks goooood.

So I know most people are all about the Edward but after seeing the movie I'm thinking some people might switch over. Plus Jacob is 10 times minus the drama that Edward is...even though it is mostly Bella that is the most whiny dramatic...Anyway I posted the pictures so you decide...Plus wouldn't you rather be with someone you warmed you up instead of made you cold?

Compulsion

Compulsion...I think this is what we may have to look forward to in the future.

If only I could focus that same directive into cleaning some toilets.

The first brownie batter lickin'....yummmmmmy....messsssyyyyy.

This is what happens when the sock drawer is left open:

Quite a fashion statement.

Isn't this picture so dainty...

Until you see it belongs to this:

Now don't judge me since my kid looks like a ragamuffin in all these pictures. However there is never a dull moment around here.

The Fiasco

So a while back the watch I bought for the husband when we first got married started falling apart. The numbers were falling off the face (go figure)...so we headed up to the Park City to go to the fossil outlet. He found a watch for around $30 that he liked and bought.

A couple of weeks later the face started condensing so back up to PC we headed to exchange it. The store no longer had the same type so we exchanged it for another watch that was about $50.

A couple of weeks later Aaron was at work, looked down at his watch and noticed that the face had completely cracked in half. Soooo again we headed up to PC to fix it. The store said they would send it in to the manufacturer and mail it back to us fixed.

A couple of weeks later we received a letter in the mail stating they did not have the part to fix the watch so they gave us a credit for $175 to the fossil website to order a new watch. We figured we came out ahead in the deal.

Aaron hopped on the website and ordered the following watch:

A couple of days later the watch arrived and here is what it looks like in real life:

not that big of a deal? Well here is what it looks like on my wrist:

If you can't tell it is HUGE!!! (the picture is not the greatest as I was trying to hold my camera far enuf away from my wrist but that didn't work so well.)

The website measures everything in metrics so he didn't realize how big of a watch he was ordering and it seriously weighs about 10 pounds. I didn't know they even made watches that big! It could double for a desk clock. Check out how stinkin big the buttons on the side are also!

Needless to say he is going to try and exchange it again but we had a good chuckle out of it.

Introducing...

Hello - I would like you to meet the newest member of our family, Cooper.
Mom is super glad he finally decided to get here and loves the fact that she can bend over, lay on her stomach, and such again!

Now that's a cute baby!

The Graduate

I figure I should boast a little about my husband graduating with his MBA.
After 2 years of the majority of his Friday nights & Saturday mornings taken up he will soon be free! (Even though he walked, his classes still run till mid June. Just two more weekends to go!)

It was actually pretty cool. When he got his gown & stuff in the mail we sat there and messed with his graduate hood trying to figure it out from the little pictures they gave us. Needless to say we couldn't figure it out very well, but come to find out we didn't need to because they actually have the professors do it for you as part of the ceremony which made it even cooler.

Here are some pics

Going into the graduation (a little like where's Waldo?)

How the hood is really supposed to look!

Congrats to the graduate and all the hard work over the past two years.

Love It!

As you can tell I lost my passion for blogging (wait...did I have a passion for it?), however I love when I see other people's blogs that their last update is even worse than mine...

Pebbles

Here's Pebbles. We took her around the neighborhood a little on Halloween and while she was not quite sure what was going on she enjoyed watching all the kids run around and we were able to collect a nice stash of candy (free candy for the parents...yeah!)
